To wear Coat & Boots, open the HUD and add the alphas as shown in the pictures below. You may have to modify your shape if it is very luscious ;)
Once the changes are made, your avatar will look like this one. The avatar used Altamura Brigitte & Sophie. The HUD settings are also applicable to all Altamura Mesh Avatar.
